Q1: Are you a manufacture?

Yes, we are factory established in 2008, with over 200 workers and 4,000 squares meters workshop.

Q2: What is your minimum order quantity?

As a general rule our MOQ is 1000pcs for customized earphone and headphones. Although on occasions we have produced orders for less than 1000. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high andproduction time is longer when considering printing, tooling and set-up costs.

Q3: How can I get a sample to check quality and how long is the sample time? 

After samples charge is confirmed, you can require samples to check our quality. In general, $5/PC for a planesample to check the design and sounds quality, and client also has to afford the express freight.For sample making, we will charge $30- $200 to cover the cost on filming and printing. Final price will be confirmed according to the products craft work.

Q4: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

1) The headphone or earphone model, please send us our model number to refer.
2) Your Logo pattern
3) The pantone color number of headphones and earphones and logo 
4) Packing methods
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q5: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing? 

1) The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI
2) Packing box layout bleed size: 3-5mm
3) Logo pattern: the clearer, the better.

Q6: How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production ?

1) Plane sample time is 1-3 days, customized sample time is 7-12 days.
2) The delivery time of mass production will depend on quality, production craftwork, ect. Commonly it lasts 15-18 working days.

Q7: Do you inspect the finished production? 

Yes, all of our products will be through AQL 2 quality inspection processes.

Q8: How do you ship the finished production?
